Grant Opportunities

Alumni in good standing of Fulbright Teacher Exchanges are eligible for small Global Teacher Grants to support community-based projects to improve educational outcomes.

The grants are sponsored annually by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by IREX.

"This project has provided the needed funding to step out of my traditional role as a classroom teacher and consider how the structure itself could be modified for the common good. The project allowed me to engage with educators, educational leaders, and creators of policy at a high level."
